If you decide to dry it yourself, you may be eventually asked for a Certificate of Drying by the Loss Adjuster or reinstatement contractor. If you cannot provide one, that may result in additional costs, complications, or building deterioration down the line.

We hire you the appropriate equipment and moisture meters and we help with the initial set up and provide ongoing telephone advice. At the time you feel the property is dry, we will attend and if dry, certify the conditions and provide the drying certificate. Additional visits where the property is found not to be dry will incur an extra visit charge.
